SPORT - QI GONG - CALLISTHENICS: The term calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek KALOS, which means BEAUTIFUL to emphasize the harmonious development of the body, and from STHENOS, which means STRENGTH, great mental and physical strength, courage and determination. It is the art of using your body weight as resistance to develop your physique.

Qi Gong: is a traditional gymnastics that combines slow movements with breathing, concentration and contemplation.
The term literally means “achievement or accomplishment (gong) relating to qi”, or “mastery of the breath”.
Around the 5th century, according to legend, Bodhidharma developed qi gong inspired by Taoist gymnastics for longevity.

Bodhidharma is depicted as a non-Chinese with a bad temper, a slightly shaggy bearded face, large eyes topped with bushy eyebrows and a somber appearance. He is nicknamed The Great Traveler and The Light-Eyed Barbarian.
