Me:
I'm just a little weird.

ASMR [I am not a psychologist; this is not medical advice; this is simply my interpretation of how ASMR works.]:
stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridien Response - basically, certain sights and sounds can trigger reactions in the brain that manifest feelings of euphoria, relaxation, etc.; with practice, this form of ASMR often provides pain relief and help with sleeping at night (even for the worst insomniacs).

Everyone has different triggers -- different sounds and sights that can cause the ASMR effects I summarized above. For me, and for many others, the hard and soft sounds that come with opening packages of soap, tapping on bars of soap, cutting soap, stacking soap, lathering soap, etc. are VERY strong triggers for us.

For me, they have helped greatly as supplemental support for pain management and insomnia, chronic issues caused by my cystic fibrosis (CF).

NOTE: all soaps are reused or donated. Nothing is wasted.
