Unblessed Divine was conceived out of passion and love for all things dark in extreme metal by Lee Wollenschlaeger (Ex Malevolent Creation) and Michal Grall (Ex-Sinister). Having elements of Death Metal, Black Metal, Industrial, Symphony and anything to help achieve the darkest sound possible

The writing process of the first EP was going smoothly and then in September 2020 Unblessed Divine entered the studio to record their first EP titled The Coming Darkness. Soon after Massacre Records took notice of the bands potential and offered a record deal.

As of begginning of 2021, the writing process for the bands first album is done. The album was recorded by Lee and Michał with great help of Michał Łysejko (Dieth, Ex Decapitated) as session drummer.
