We are REACH (reaching everyone for active citizenry@ home). We were launched in Oct 2006 when the Feedback Unit was restructured to move beyond gathering public feedback, to become the lead agency for engaging and connecting with citizens. In Jan 2009, we were also appointed as the Singapore Government's e-engagement platform. We gather and gauge ground sentiment, reach out and engage citizens and promote active citizenry.
