Howdy y’all. Chuck and Dale here. We are just 2 regular guys (1 a country boy and 1 a Cajun) living life in a small town in Louisiana (Zone 9a). Join us in our second year of gardening and the beginning of our second year on YouTube. Come take this journey with us as we graduate from all container gardening to raised bed gardening, cook good southern food and share what we learn.

OSKG was the created out of our newest hobby. We took an interest in canning sauces, fruits and vegetables and wanted a more efficient way of getting produce. This led us to start a garden and a YouTube channel to document our new adventure and hopefully help others along the way. Chuck is a chef and Dale has a passion for life and trying new things in the garden, so there is something for everyone on our channel. We hope you enjoy our content.
