Our unincorporated, wholly owned, subsidiary branch aimed at advocating for Doctors, the Locum Doctors Union is at the forefront of fighting against unlawful practices in IR35 assessment of locums and is actively pursuing fair assessment for all public sector contractors working within the NHS in accordance with the law.
