The English Grind is a channel by teachers (well at least one) for teachers.

My name is Phil and I've been teaching English for more than a decade, and more recently the IELTS exam. I know that I was all at sea when I first started teaching this exam, so I wanted to pass on the tips and tricks that I've learnt to teach students all about this exam. On this channel, I will be sharing my insights as well as useful tips and lesson plans that you can take as your own.
