The NGO Masterclass is an initiative of Vincent Egoro, to equip Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) professionals in Africa with the knowledge, attitudes, skills, tools, and resources they need to design, plan and implement quality projects that will enable them to achieve their mission more effectively, efficiently and transparently through the provision of free online resources and training.

The Masterclass provides free weekly training sessions on Saturdays on key technical areas required by nonprofits and civil society organizations such as resource mobilization, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), standard operating procedures, project cycle management, financial management, advocacy, institutional sustainability, report writing, stakeholder management, needs assessment, leadership development among others.
