Where we enjoy serving fabulous brisket, pulled pork, ribs all cooked over hardwoods on the smoker I built. Chicken and kielbasa and all homemade fresh sides round out the menu we serve to an ever increasing circles of friends who also enjoy specialty craft and PA produced libations at THE BREWERY AT RED ROCK.
