The name Seekers is inspired by the verse from the Bible, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10). This powerful message encapsulates our mission: to use music as a means of reaching out to those who are spiritually seeking or feeling lost. Just as Jesus sought out and saved those who were lost, we aim to guide and uplift through our melodies and lyrics.
The original lineup of Seekers Band features singers Rebecca Montecillo, Desiree Divino, Jerrymie Diaz, and Catherine Otom. The instrumental ensemble includes Elgene Vic Montecillo and Danny Rosales on drums, Carlos Manuel Villaruz on bass, John Christian Narbaja as the lead guitarist, Delmar Omolon and Jerrymie Diaz on rhythm guitar, Faith Victory Villaruz and Michael Rosales on keyboards, and Erik Buslon on saxophone.
