This is a family channel created years ago when ice covered the earth originally for food and travel. Lots of life changes over 17 years. US and 2 adult kids, 6 dogs, 1 cat, heart attack (Steve) cancer survivor (Kara) Eating Disorder advocate.

We paused as we did a kitchen remodel and decided to do take out for 10 years. We are back and learning from all the other channels along the way.

A few things I’ve learned about life
If you love something set it free is absolutely ridiculous because if it’s anything like my dogs you’ll never see them again.

Every opportunity is a new experience full of memories you may not have had. No wrong turns.
