The Holy Quran (القرآن الكريم) is a divine book and the word of Allah. It was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (صَلَی اللہُ عَلَیہِ وَآلہ وَسَلِم), the last and final Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny).

When the Quran is recited, listen to it attentively and be silent, so you may be shown mercy. (Quran 7:204)
