The Northern State University Wolves are an NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletic program in Aberdeen, SD. The Wolves compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference in women's soccer, football, volleyball, women's swimming (2016-17), men's and women's cross country, men's and women's basketball, wrestling, men's and women's indoor and outdoor track and field, baseball, and softball.
