Famous Five Episodes: It is not necessary to watch the episodes in the order they aired as no storylines are carried on throughout the series, each episode contains a separate storyline, but there are several characters who appear in a few episodes throughout the two series so to understand who they are better it is easier to watch in order.
Guide to episode names: eg. 2-5 means season 2, episode 5.
You may find it easier to simply play my Famous Five playlist which plays the episodes in order.

(I know Five Go To Smuggler's Top is missing but it was the only episode (or double episode) missing from the DVD.)
