Lissa Dee is an Americana and Country singer and songwriter in San Diego. Her voice has been shaped by some of her favorite singers and songwriters - Janis Joplin, Etta James, Chris Stapleton, Christina Aguilera and Amy Winehouse.
Lissa was involved in choirs, musicals, dance, and voice lessons from a young age. She studied music in college and began songwriting. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, she moved to California to pursue her dream.
Lissa’s latest song “Johnny Said”, features Grammy nominated writers, Taylin Rae and Gregg Montante. Grammy award winning bassist, James East, Emmy award winning drummer Brian Cantrell, Grammy award winning Audio Engineer Alan Sanderson and Garth Brook's guitarist, producer and songwriter, Johnny Garcia.
Lissa’s song Empty Bottle, was nominated in the 2024 San Diego Music Awards, in the Best Pop Song Category.
She has also National Anthem at sport arenas and at San Diego's biggest events around the city.
