SNAP-Ed is a free, confidential nutrition education program designed to help families manage food resources. Our topics include cooking, meal planning, shopping for nutritious food on a budget, food safety, physical activity, and more. Classes are free to all individuals who qualify for benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Classes meet at various locations in your neighborhood such as community centers, pantries and schools in Oneida, Oswego, Herkimer and Hamilton Counties.
