The Odisha Career Guidance channel is an initiative of Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha, UNICEF India and technical partners. This initiative provides relevant, updated and dynamic information for effective career guidance of students from classes 9-12. The content is primarily available in Odia and English.

This initiative is needed for the following reasons:
• To help students understand skills and education needed for a career
• To help students make informed choice for their career based on their interest, aspiration and skills
• To make students aware about scholarship opportunities
• To give all career information in one platform

All the career opportunities are equally available for girls and boys

This channel hosts webinars every fortnight with resource persons from different fields, as well as engaging career films for students and teachers.
