I wanted to focus just on the culinary side as over the years I have collected so many recipes that finally I wanted to sort them out for myself and for the next generation.
But when I took part in a Coursera’s “Nutrition and Physical Health” course, I realized I would like to write not only about cooking but also about a healthy lifestyle; healthy but balanced, I mean with a bit of a twist.
So you will find in my blog delicious recipes for very healthy food, healthier versions of favorites as well as for truly scrumptious courses. The latter are not necessarily the healthiest but I believe that life is too short to refuse yourself everything all the time.
Apart from recipes (not only diet ones!) I also include here interesting information and useful tips on why and how to be fit, healthier and hopefully happier too!
