Welcome to my hiking and photography channel! I am a nature photographer with over 30 years experience and have been hiking and enjoying the outdoors since I was a child. My first hike was in the Wellsville mountains of Utah when I was 7 years old. I begged my older brothers to let me go with them and they told me if I couldn't keep up they would leave me behind, I kept up and since then have been dubbed a mountain goat by most of my family.

I got into photography in my 20's and have made it a career since 1988.

The goal of my channel is to help others find a love of the wild by showing them my adventures, photography and what gear I find works the best for me.
