The Throwback Junkies were born in January 2013 as a happy accident of two friends who just wanted to get together and jam a little music in the basement. We found that we actually had a lot of good tunes in the hopper, so we set about making ourselves into a real band. Just two guys from Atlanta with a lot of years under their belt as musicians not letting the dream go! We specialize in pop and rock music from our own throwback decades: the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. Throw in a little Christian contemporary and praise music to boot since we're both church musicians, and you have the Throwback Junkies!
