With 7,107 islands, 18,000 kilometers of shoreline and 27,000 sq. kilometers of coral reefs, the Philippnes lies in the coral triangle which is one of the most bio-diverse marine regions on Earth.

The Philippine seas are home to over 450 species of hard corals, and more than 500 fish families, which include 2,000-2,500 fish species. There is a wide variety of dive site types, including reefs, wrecks and underwater caves.
