Leadership is crucial in today's fast-paced, technology-saturated world. By mentoring and encouraging the next generation of young leaders, the Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta is paving the way for a brighter future. Through undergraduate programming and workshops for graduate students, university staff and faculty, and community members, PLLC mobilizes the classroom as a leadership lab to equip people with the skills they need to affect change. Since 2015, we have been undertaking this work in honor of the PLLC’s namesake, Peter Lougheed, who served as premier of Alberta from 1971-1985.
