Thank you for visiting my humble youtube channel! I am JC a Filipino Civil Engineer who loves to cook and loves Jesus! I am not a professional chef or had a chance to study culinary.
I am just a self-taught cook and since I love cooking for others, I always have this excitement and joy whenever I have a chance to do it. And it always makes me so joyful whenever they are happy with the food I cooked.
