The self ruqyah is listening to audios of Quran, reading Quran and using black seed oil, water, honey and olive oil with Quran recited on it. Anyone can recite Quran on these things.

Bear in mind that these treatment may take couple of Weeks or months sometime .The main problem that can nullify the treatment is sin. Avoid sin, for treatment to have effect and pay zakat and sadaqah .
