The purpose for this channel, besides offering some great singing, is to allow the comparison of the interpretations of different singers of the same material. In some cases comparisons of the same material sung by the same artists in different recordings can be made. Emphasis will be on singers active before about 1985, with whom some listeners may not be familiar. Some will never have extensively performed, or recorded, in the United States but were held in great esteem by European audiences.
