Nature can restore a person's thinking. Rather if they are strolling through a path or at home just experiencing a nature clip on a screen for 60 secs, one's mood can dramatically change. At that moment the anxiety, overthinking, and stress disappear. This is where I realize nature could be therapy for folks.

During this time of uncertainty, general restlessness, and anxiousness of Covid 19, I wanted to help. So I decided the best way I could help was to use my photography skills and share different nature and relaxation scenes.  The Ambient Calm channel was born.
