Our under 10 minute workouts are the perfect home workouts. We feature 10 minute kickboxing workouts, 10 minute cardio workouts, 10 minute core strength workouts, and more. Our mission is to make fitness fun and accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level or background.
We even feature some this or that for kids videos! So if you're a teacher looking for a PE workout for your in-person or virtual PE fitness class, we've got you covered. We know how important it is to keep kids active, so many of these videos can be used as a home workout for kids!
