In my personal life, many of my friends call me ‘Bree’ as a short-form to my name, hence when I started this channel, I came up with this tagline ‘#LetsBreeReal’, hoping to share with you real content about the current property market!

After years of being a realtor, I’ve come to realise that buying/ selling/ investing a property is no longer a simple transaction. Market is constantly on the move, interest rates are rising up and down, we have coronavirus that just hit us not too long ago and we’ve seen how it has affected the market.
