Strength training for adults with joint pain and arthritis. My name is Dr. Carl Baird, I’m a chiropractor and strength coach. For the last 12 years I’ve been helping adults 40+ solve joint pain, keep active, and maintain their lifestyle as they get older. Over the course of my career I’ve learned that improving movement and building strength is the BEST thing you can do to limit joint pain and arthritis as well as improve your overall health.

I put this channel together to teach you everything I teach to clients who come into my practice. Inside you'll find exercises, tips and tricks, as well as follow along workouts to help you build strength without stressing your joints.
