V&R Films, and later TV, has been in existence since the summer of 1985 offering some of the more provocatively, though provoking programing available in the New York City area. Sponsored by it's parent company V&R Productions (in association with Bliss Products) the men at V&R have also fully supported the Boat People, and their cause for freedom, since mid-summer of 1986.
