Senie is a self-taught, singer-songwriter and percussive guitarist adopted from Sierra Leone. Upon coming to the US, he brought with him an inherent passion for West African rhythms. After being introduced to the guitar by his father in America, Senie started to experiment with combining traditional guitar with a percussive groove capturing his West African roots.

His mesmerizing approach and style, make for an eclectic, powerful and artfully unique performance. Senie composes continuously and has a large body of work for one so young. He received the Innovators award at the GSM Music Awards for his guitar mastery, and was nominated for best male performer of the year at the New England Music Awards in 2021.
