Lobow began his career in Makassar in 1995, a year before he moved to Jakarta. Then in Jakarta formed the band called Apache. In 1996 the Group Lobow with Apache in various pubs and cafe which unfortunately does not last long because the band broke up. Lobow establish friendship with Pay ' BIP ' during his time in Jakarta. the many musical careers affect Lobow. Lobow along with some other personnel tried to form a group of ' Retro ' which also did not last long. In 1998 Lobow back form a band called Mata Air. The Band released the album in mid-2004, but failed in the market. Their debut Album produced Universal Music , and makes it frustrating. He then become solo careers today. In addition to a career as a soloist, Lobow is also active as a songwriter for several singers in Indonesia such as Ari Lasso, Ady Naff , Rita Effendy, and Titi Kamal.
