Ryan Medeiros is a news reporter for WLNE-TV / ABC6 News in Providence, R.I., and works part-time in Brown University's athletic communications department.

Ryan recently graduated Ithaca College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in sports media with a minor in journalism. He garnered Summa Cum Laude honors with a 3.94 GPA and was a recipient of the Sports Media Excellence Award selected by the faculty.

Ryan's passion for sports stems from a love for baseball and years as a collegiate competitor in track & field. He served as captain for the Bombers cross country team and was awarded for having the highest GPA of any male student-athlete who competed in a winter sport at Ithaca.

Off campus, Ryan interned as a sports reporter with ABC6 and was a media operations assistant for the Newport Gulls of the NECBL. He was selected as the field reporter for the 2021 NECBL All-Star Game.
