According to the archeological lexicon of BiH, out of 250 old towns and fortifications, almost one fifth is located in the area of Krajina, ie today's Una-Sana Canton. With the new law on tourism, which was passed at the beginning of 2017, and a quality tourism policy and promotion, cultural tourism should contribute to a better positioning of the USC as a tourist destination. The combination of natural resources, cultural and historical treasures, the splendor of tradition and designed content in the local community increases the attractiveness of the tourist destination.
