My name is Liz and i'm based in Belgium/Europe.
This channel is about exploring myself and taking you guys on that journey with me.

An overall look on how i go through my days trying to be as positive as i can.

My goal?
Creating a channel that you guys can bingewatch, motivation for gym, laughter but most important of all : Showing you guys that no matter what you have to be yourself.
