All trailers posted here are provided by publishers either through direct contact, or download on their respective press pages. That would mean Play Nintendo does not own these videos, but instead they were created by and belong to each respective video game company.

Why can Play Nintendo post video game trailers by other companies?

Trailers can be posted here on this YouTube channel because they are deemed fair use. We bring news to the gaming community and therefore educate the public.

Will you remove my trailer?

Absolutely. If it is in your best interest that your trailer to be removed by all means contact me and it will be removed shortly after receiving your wishes.
