IDRIS BABANGIDA USMAN, known by his stage name dJ B BOI, was born in Taraba State, Nigeria, on May 15th. He pursued his education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Federal Polytechnic Bali Taraba State. Hailing from Jalingo, Taraba State, dJ B BOI enrolled in Djing & Music production and demonstrated a passion for music from a young age.
Since 2018, dJ B BOI has been honing his skills in Djing & Music production. In 2024, he officially launched his music career with the release of his debut collaboration album titled MY TIME. As the CEO of B BOI RECORDS (PTY) LTD, dJ B BOI brings a unique blend of Amapiano and Afrobeat music to his audience. His artistry reflects diverse influences and a commitment to delivering captivating and innovative sounds.
