Everything I do is rooted in a fascination with the potential of the human body, which I fell in love with in my younger years. Today, I help others move their bodies through training, rehab, education, and programming. I am on a mission to help people move better, reduce injury, and train according to their goals so they can continue living an active lifestyle.
