In 2019, I was in an accident that left me paralyzed from the chest down, with significant loss of motor function in both hands. Stuck in bed and unable to do much, I turned to my favorite pastime, which was gaming. I discovered that not only did it help me emotionally cope, it developed me physically as well.
So, I'd like to share my experience by reviewing games from pc, console, mobile, as well as other apps and gadgets, based on accessibility, physical improvement, value for money and emotional support.
My disability is the kind that can improve over time with therapy, much like a game, where certain features are disabled at the start, but can be unlocked later as progress is made. From that context, there are features in my body that are currently disabled but unlockable through practice and therapy. Hopefully this content can be helpful to those going through something similar and for anyone else that can find a perspective useful.
This is unlockable content.
