Rob was a middle and high school choral teacher in Virginia and Colorado for 14 years and arranged many songs for his groups during that time. He now arranges for a variety of high school a cappella groups and larger choirs. Multiple of his arrangements have been nominated for CARA's, but he particularly loves arranging for groups that are just starting out or building momentum.
