Over the past 3 years I've written a weekly beer column for my local paper reviewing Irish craft beer from microbreweries all over the country.

I've been All-grain brewing for 6yrs and hope to share some experience and recipes I've gained along the way.

Living in Tullamore Co. Offaly Ireland I co-run the Midlands Beer Club We meet regularly to sample homebrew and learn together. From brew-days, brewery tours, brewing vacations, barrel-aging, brewing competitions to virtual beer meets during the lockdown and lots more!
