Hi, I'm Meg! 👋 Welcome to Plant Fit Meg!

I have lost 80 pounds and fully regained my health since switching to a whole food plant-based diet! I am a cancer survivor and also suffered with several chronic conditions for many years: severe asthma, endometriosis, undiagnosed chronic pain and fatigue. I am off of all medications, and am enjoying the best health I have experienced in my entire life!

I share my health and weight loss journey to show you that regaining health and losing weight are achievable! I share simple recipes, 'What I Eat in a Days', tips on going vegan, losing weight, and living a healthy lifestyle. I am a certified Healthy Weight Loss coach, and have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. I am also a group fitness and yoga instructor.
