Microsoft has been in Reno since 1997 and enables organizations, large and small, to acquire, distribute and utilize Microsoft’s vast array of products, including software, hardware and services.
The Americas Operations Center in Reno, is primarily part of Microsoft’s Business Operations (MBO) organization. MBO serves as the central processing center for Microsoft. We handle some of the most critical business functions across the company, managing thousands of launches, millions of transactions, processing billions of dollars in revenue, and protecting the company from a multitude of risks—across all regions and all markets.
We also love to contribute to the community in which we live by bringing the benefits of information technology to people and organizations throughout the community. The AOC site makes an impact and contributes to the communities in which we work through many outreach programs and events, managed, and funded each year through our core AOC Site Pillar Programs.
