A lifelong residents of Orléans, Stephen has dedicated much of his professional life to serving his neighbours.

Catholic School Trustee for Orléans & Cumberland from 2006 to 2010.

CIty Councillor for Cumberland Ward from 2010 to 2020

Prior to his time in elected office, Stephen served as community association president, minor football coach, community advocate and volunteer.
