For the Gravy 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1/2 cup Onion (sliced) Salt (as required) 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 cup Tomato Purée 1 tsp Sugar 1/2 cup Water 1 bunch of Fenugreek Leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup Water 4 Eggs (boiled & cut into halves)
