Three of the eleven murder convicts in the Bilkis Bano case have moved applications before the Supreme Court seeking extension of time to surrender. Hearing will take place on January 19. This comes days after the apex court struck down the premature release of the 11 gang-rape and murder convicts. One of the convicts pleaded that his 88-year-old bedridden father is completely dependent upon him and his 75-year-old mother is also in poor health, reported IANS. Watch the video to know more.
