And so as the 1970s ends, we start with a bunch of classic and soft rock as well as some of the last tunes to be hits during the waning years of disco. I like how the first 3 all come from movies.

Note the unusual accreditation at 24:57; it was the live version that was popular in the States, but for the first 12 weeks, Billboard listed the A-side on the Hot 100 before switching to the more popular B-side for the remaining nine weeks on the chart.

The Spinners seemed to like their medleys. I only played the perhaps better know first song.
