A schoolboy donned his prize-winning cardboard crown in front of the King during the monarch’s visit to the Aberdeen Flower Show. Charles laughed as Oliver King tried on the homemade creation at the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen's 200th anniversary show in the city's Duthie Park. Later, the King needed help to cut a red ribbon to officially open the event and humorously waved the garden shears after he succeeded. Report by Blairm.
