Pacquiao and Rios will touch gloves at 8:55PM Eastern Time from Macau in China at the Cotaio Arena Venetian Resort with national television coverage provided by Pay-Per-View.

He enters his fight with Pacquiao after suffering his first loss back on March 30th of this year in a rematch to Mike Alvarado by a close unanimous decision on all three scorecards. His first fight with Alvarado resulted in victory and it earned Fight of the Year status in 2012.
