Police have arrested a man who was captured in a viral video damaging the "Jalur Gemilang" national flags displayed in the federal capital.

In a statement on Thursday, Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the 41-year-old local and unemployed man was detained under Section 427 of the Penal Code for investigation.
